- 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
- 1 & 1/2 cups Non dairy Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 tbs Maple Syrup
- 2 tbs Cacao Powder
TOPPINGS optional
- Cacao Nibs
- Strawberries
- Yogurt
- Granola
- Dried Fruit
Method
- Mix together the chia seeds with the non dairy milk in a small mixing bowl and set aside for 2-3 minutes .
- Stir through the vanilla, maple (or sweetener of your choice & cacao.
- Serve up topped with cacao nibs, strawberries, yogurt & granola. Or toppings of your choice.
