We had so much fun in June revamping some of our deli offerings! We’re now starting to make plans for more expansions in our prepared foods section. Thanks to everyone that took the time to share some positive feedback! That alone makes it all worthwhile. From the ingredients that we try to always source sustainably and ethically, to the care that’s put into the preparation, and the enthusiastic responses from all of you, we’re really feeling the love! We plan to continue to focus on what makes the co-op special, and what sets us aside from other businesses like ours. So be on the lookout for more housemade items, local produce, and products from small producers. While we’re envisioning some changes, we remain committed to ensuring we continue to meet the needs of the community as one of the main grocers in town. We try and do as much as we can with the space we have. As always, if there’s anything we don’t carry but you would like us to, let us know! We love to hear from you.
